Returns, Refunds & Digital Products Policy
1. Digital Products Only
Pro Cookie sells digital products only, including but not limited to eBooks, recipe guides, downloadable files, templates, and online resources.
All products are delivered electronically.
No physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. No Refund Policy – Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or under the limited 7-Day Recipe Guarantee outlined below.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are purchasing a digital product
• Access is provided immediately upon payment
• Digital products cannot be “returned”
• All digital sales are final
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
3. 7-Day Recipe Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of the Pro Cookie recipes. If you follow the recipe exactly and are genuinely unable to achieve the intended result, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for this guarantee, you must provide clear evidence that the recipe was followed exactly.
Your request must include:
• Step-by-step photos or video of the baking process
• Photos or video showing each ingredient used
• Photos or video showing measurements of ingredients
• Photos or video showing mixing and preparation steps
• Photos or video of the baking process and final result
• Confirmation that the recipe instructions were followed exactly as provided in the guide
If adequate proof is not provided, the refund request will be declined.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All recipes, guides, materials, and content provided within the Pro Cookie products are the intellectual property of Pro Cookie.
By purchasing this product, you are granted a personal-use licence only.
You may not:
• Share, distribute, or reproduce the recipe or guide
• Upload the materials online
• Resell, copy, or redistribute the digital files
• Claim the recipe or content as your own
Commercial sale of cookies made using the recipe is permitted, however the recipe itself may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.
Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of the materials may result in removal of access and further action where applicable.
5. Refunds Will Not Be Provided For
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect purchase
• Personal taste preferences
• Modifying or altering the recipe
• Substituting ingredients
• Not following the instructions exactly
• Oven or equipment differences
• Failure to provide adequate proof of the baking process

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product:
