Returns, Refunds, Terms of Use & Digital Products Policy
1. Digital Products Only
Pro Cookie sells digital products only, including but not limited to eBooks, recipe guides, downloadable files, templates, and online resources.
All products are delivered electronically.
No physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. No Refund Policy – Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or under the 7-Day Recipe Guarantee outlined below.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are purchasing a digital product
• Access is provided immediately upon payment
• Digital products cannot be “returned”
• All digital sales are final
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
3. 7-Day Recipe Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of the Pro Cookie recipes.
If you follow the recipe exactly and are genuinely unable to achieve the intended result, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for this guarantee, you must provide clear evidence that the recipe was followed exactly as instructed.
Your request must include:
• Step-by-step photos or video of the baking process
• Photos or video showing ingredients used
• Photos or video showing ingredient measurements
• Photos or video showing preparation and mixing steps
• Photos or video of the baking process
• Photos or video of the final baked result
Failure to provide sufficient proof that the recipe was followed exactly will result in the refund request being declined.

4. Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product:
• Is faulty
• Is not as described
• Does not perform as advertised

Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect purchase
• Personal taste preferences
• Failure to follow instructions provided in the product

6. Terms of Use & Licence
When you purchase a digital product from Pro Cookie, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials provided.
You may:
• Use the recipes for personal use
• Bake and sell cookies made using the recipe
• Sell cookies at markets, gyms, cafes, online, or from home
• Print copies for your own use
You may not:
• Share, distribute, copy, or reproduce the recipe or digital files
• Upload the product to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the digital product
• Claim the recipe, formula, or materials as your own intellectual property
• Teach, republish, or commercially license the recipe to others
Purchase of this product grants permission to use the recipe, not ownership of it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content contained within our digital products — including recipes, wording, formatting, branding, images, designs, and layout — remains the intellectual property of Pro Cookie.
You may sell cookies you bake using this formula.
However, the recipe itself and all written materials may not be copied, republished, distributed, or sold in any form.
Unauthorised sharing or reproduction constitutes a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Cookie is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Business losses or lost profits
• Misuse of the digital product
• Failure to follow instructions
• Ingredient substitutions made by the user
• Allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities
Users are responsible for ensuring ingredients used are suitable for their personal dietary requirements and business compliance obligations.
Nothing in this section excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
